Fire Sprinkler Inspections: Allsouth Sprinkler Company

Making sure to detect a fire in its early stages is crucial to help minimize loss of life and property. Here at Allsouth Sprinkler Company we are dedicated to ensure that your fire protection system and its components are compliant with the proper NFPA standards.

When is the last time you had your fire sprinkler system inspected?  The buildings and homes that are located in the state of Georgia and Florida fall under an adopted code. The code states that if any building or home equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system is required by law that these systems be inspected by a licensed fire sprinkler company at least annually and sometimes more often if dictated by (NFPA 25: Standard of Inspecting and Testing of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems). This is the same code used by the insurance industry to assess liability.

The possibility is present for insurance companies to deny claims based on the information contained in this code concerning the maintenance of the fire sprinkler system.  It is important – first for the safety of the individuals in the facility and second for the liability protection against property damage due to faulty fire sprinkler systems.
